Sarah Elizabeth "S.E." Cupp is a political columnist, author and commentator, and host of CNN's weekly program "Unfiltered."

Cupp was born on February 23, 1979, in Carlsbad, California. She received a Bachelor of Arts in art history from Cornell University in 2000. In 2010, she earned a Master of Arts with a concentration in religious studies from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University.

Before hosting "Unfiltered," Cupp was host of the CNN show "Crossfire," a panelist on "Real News" on TheBlaze, and a co-host of the MSNBC talk show "The Cycle." She is the author of "Losing Our Religion: The Liberal Media's Attack on Christianity" and co-author of "Why You're Wrong About the Right." Her writings have appeared in The Washington Post, New York Daily News, The American Spectator, Townhall, Newsmax, Human Events, Slate, Maxim and The Daily Caller.
