Lauren Boebert assumed office as the U.S. representative for Colorado's 3rd congressional district on Jan. 3, 2021.

Boebert was born on Dec. 15, 1986, in Altamonte Springs, Florida, and moved to Colorado at age 12. She and her husband owned Shooters Grill, a restaurant in Rifle, Colorado.
