Biography

Caroleen Dobson was the 2024 Republican nominee for Alabama’s second district House seat but lost the general election. 

Dobson was born in Alabama in 1987 and attended Harvard University as a U.S. Presidential Scholar. She studied history and literature. Dobson was active in the Harvard Republican Clubs on campus and edited the law journal at Baylor during her law school career. She is a practicing real estate attorney, farmer, and mother in Alabama. She has not held any political positions as of yet, and the 2024 campaign is her first for political office.
