JESSICA PARSON: Collin has Mosiac Down Syndrome, so we really need reliable health care. The last thing we need to worry about is losing our insurance. But when David Young was in Congress, he voted repeatedly to let insurance companies drop people like Collin. Now, we still worry about Collin, but with Cindy Axne in Congress, we know we have someone standing up for families like ours.
