UNDERWOOD: As a registered nurse treating patients, a healthcare policy advisor, and especially as a woman with a pre-existing heart condition, I've seen the cost of health care soar and millions of Americans suffer. I'm running for Congress because every family has a right to quality affordable health care. We must work to expand coverage and make affordable health care a guarantee.
