Mike Dunleavy lied. He bribed Alaskans. He waved a 6,700 dollar check in front of Alaskans and said, "I can give you this," knowing full well that he did not have the power of the checkbook. The legislature has that. What good is a 6,700 dollar PFD this year if it means no permanent fund dividends in the future?
