JUSTINE GOULDER: I went to college, even took out loans to pay for it, but it didn't get me to where I wanted to be. Then I found a skills training program that paid me to work and learn, now I have a career that I love and I'm training others.

NARRATOR: Cindy Axne knows these programs make a real difference in people's lives. Axne worked with both parties to expand skills training and trade school classes and made it easier for high school graduates to find apprenticeships.
