FINKENAUER: I ran for Congress to help Iowans. It drives everything I do. The storm that devastated our state reminds us that we’re all in this together, like when families tell me how they’re struggling to pay for healthcare. It’s why I voted to require Medicare to negotiate with drug companies to bring costs down and to keep protections for people with pre-existing conditions.
