TORRES SMALL: how many of you are paying more now for health care than you did last year? So there's no Democrat or Republican solution to this, there are just solutions. And I'm not talking about a government takeover. I'm talking about holding the insurance and the drug companies accountable, and I won't stop until the costs come down and everyone has access to a doctor close to home.
