AXNE: When I played six-on-six in high school, our coach made it clear – training hard was the only way to win. It's as true in the real world as it was on the court. That's why I'm a fan of skills training and trade school programs, so students of all ages can learn the career-building skills that lead to good-paying jobs, whether or not college is right for them.
