MANNING: In North Carolina, we respect hard work. Our government should, too. That's why in Congress, I'll support lower taxes for working people and small businesses, but not more tax giveaways for big corporations and billionaires. Ted Budd voted to give a trillion dollar tax break to big corporations, opening the door to deep cuts to Social Security and Medicare.
