KLOBUCHAR: A lot of families save to send their kids to college. They can do it tax-free in a 529 account and that's great, but not everyone wants to go to a four-year college. That's why job training is so important. Right now, you can't use a 529 account for some skills training. I'm working to change that and expand apprenticeship programs. Everyone should get a chance to earn a decent living and build a future, college or not. I'm Amy Klobuchar and I approve this message.
