MCMORRIS RODGERS: I grew up working on the farm, the first in my family to graduate from college. When our son Cole was born with Down syndrome, I knew his path to opportunity would be different, more difficult. Watching him work daily to overcome his challenges has inspired me to work just as hard. For Americans struggling with disabilities, empowering them to live with purpose.
