CAPITO: Did you know that almost forty percent of America's electricity is generated from coal? And with new clean coal technology coal isn't just our past, it's also America's future. That's why we have to defeat the Obama administration's war on coal, because if we don't, it will mean the end of a paycheck for thousands of West Virginians who count on coal for their families.
