MIKULSKI: I like a party as much as the next gal. But come on - $60,000 for one dinner held by the Department of Justice. Sixty-six dollars per person – just for bagels – at one of the NASA shindigs. I cracked down, because big government shouldn't be funding big banquets with your money. Some people say I'm a bit of a tightwad.
