GILLIBRAND: I was born and raised here in upstate New York. It's where my family and I still call home. So I know your economic priorities are different. It's why I'm fighting to make it easier to deduct property taxes and I wrote an Upstate Jobs Bill. And why I voted to end the tax breaks Washington was giving to big corporations that shipped our jobs overseas.
