CAPITO: You're looking at the leaders OPEC, many of whom are not our friends. On a whim, they can raise our gas prices or put our security at risk, and they think we're powerless to stop them. But they're wrong. Our nation's coal reserves are larger than the combined oil reserves of the rest in the world.
