CAPITO: To be perfectly honest, I haven't made everyone in Washington happy. Like what I broke ranks with my party and voted to end tax breaks for oil companies. And some oppose the prescription drug bill I fought for. Well, I was never going to let them stop me from helping 300,000 West Virginia seniors get the medicine they need. And I'm sure the President wasn't very happy I voted to override his veto—twice—to make sure that our children get the health care they deserve. But I didn't go to Washington to make friends—I went to make a difference. I'm Shelley Moore Capito and I approve this message.
