GILLIBRAND: Always putting New York first starts by fighting for those who have been ignored by Washington. Like middle-class families who need property tax relief, and New Yorkers who have been taken advantage of by credit card companies. For workers who have had their jobs shipped overseas, and for all of us who are paying too high a price for the broken government in Washington.
