Biography

Kelly Tshibaka ran for election to the U.S. Senate for the state of Alaska in 2022, losing in the general election. 

Tshibaka was born in Alaska and grew up in Wasilla and Anchorage Alaska. She earned a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M and would go on to study and graduate with a law degree from Harvard University. 

She has served as commissioner of the Department of Administration of the state of Alaska, Special Assistant to the Department of Justice’s Inspector general, the assistant inspector general and chief data officer at the United States Postal Service.
