REPORTER 2: Cooke held an in-person cookout in Eau Claire to launch her campaign.

COOKE: I was really proud to win Eau Claire County in the primary last time. I really invested in this community, and think I have a true track record of really showing up and serving our community. We had over 100 people attend our cookout event, we launched our campaign just last week, and this was a real opportunity for people to get out and connect, not just with me but with each other about a lot of our shared values. I think my message really connected with everyday people. I won 11 out of 19 counties last cycle and it's clear that the people are looking for someone like me to represent them in Washington.

I'll be fighting for Wisconsin in Washington, so let's finish what we started and roll up our sleeves and get to work. Thanks so much for coming out today you guys, thank you.
