I’m Mary Peltola and I’m running for Don Young’s seat in Congress.

This race is about so much more than filling a seat: this is about carrying on Don Young’s legacy.

I’d always known how long he’d been serving us in Congress: it was my age plus one.

My parents campaigned for Don Young when my mom was pregnant with me.

Don used to joke that I was his youngest volunteer. I followed Don’s lead during my ten years in the State House and I’m running for Congress to carry on his legacy.
