My mom was a retired nurse. But she was too proud to tell us she couldn’t afford the insulin to treat her diabetes and heart disease and died too young.

In congress, Mike Garcia took thousands of dollars from drug companies and voted against capping the cost of life-saving drugs like insulin.

We deserve better.
