TIM TOWER: Barnacle Billy’s is important to our family and our employees and their families. When the coronavirus hit, I didn’t think we were going to make it. One of the major things that helped us get through this was the Paycheck Protection Program written by Susan Collins. The PPP allowed us to pay our employees and open our restaurant. Without Susan Collins’ leadership, I don’t think we’d be in business today. I want to thank Susan Collins for the Paycheck Protection Program. What she’s done for businesses all across Maine, it’s been wonderful.
