New Flash - May 14, 2019

I'm Ashley Hinson. You know me from the morning news. I loved reporting on our community because I got to see the goodness of Iowans from every walk of life. But when I watch TV today, I'm outraged by the chaos and dysfunction I see in Washington. Here's a news flash – socialism isn't the answer. Iowa families don't want to lose their employer-provided health coverage. Moms and dads don't want more debt piled on their kids' backs. And none of us want to pay higher taxes. It's time for new leaders in Washington who know how to build consensus and solve problems. And that's why I'm running for Congress. In the legislature, I balanced budgets, improved our schools and helped grow our economy. Now I'm ready to bring some Iowa common sense to Congress. As a mom, I'm driven to secure a brighter future for my kids and yours. Together we can shake up Washington and create more opportunities for Iowa families. Join me.
