Pre-existing Conditions - Oct. 29, 2018

BALTER: More than half of us have pre-existing conditions. I'm Dana Balter and I have a pre-existing condition. There was a time I couldn't get insurance. Congressman John Katko voted over and over against protections for pre-existing conditions. He wouldn't stand up to President Trump. I approve this message because I'll work with both parties to fix health care but I'll stand up to anyone who tries to take it away.
