WILLIAMS: Over a century ago, Montana led America by electing Jeannette Rankin as the first female member of Congress. This year we can lead the way again. We can choose empathy over anger, civility over violence, and leadership over partisanship. We can stand up for those who have no one to believe in them, believe in those who have no reason to lie, and invest in our future not mortgage it. And we can finally give Jeannette Rankin a long overdue successor. I'm Kathleen Williams and I approve this message.
