HEITKAMP: I'm Heidi Heitkamp, and I pledge to be an independent senator. That's why I took on my party to protect our gun rights, build the Keystone pipeline, rein in the EPA and save our coal jobs. I voted to cut taxes, balance the budget, reduce the debt and for most of president Trump's nominees. I approve this message, because if you want a senator to vote a hundred percent the party line without even thinking, vote for Kevin. But Kegger could do the job for a lot less money, right?
