NOEM: Create opportunity and you give people hope. In South Dakota, we have jobs that pay $25, even $30 an hour – good jobs that can't be filled because many people don't have the right education and training. As governor, I want to make sure our schools have the tools they need to prepare young people for the jobs of tomorrow, because the best way to grow jobs and create opportunity is by having a workforce that's well-trained and ready.
