SENATOR JOHN THUNE: Kristi Noem will be a great governor because she South Dakota through and through. Her roots are here, her passion is here, she's got a vision for where to take the state. She has proven that she can get the job done. She's delivered. I've seen her take on her leadership where our state's interests are at stake. As a member of Congress, whether it's writing a farm bill, passing tax reform that has led to economic growth here in South Dakota, be a jobs governor, she's gonna be somebody who wants to see every South Dakotan improve their standard of living, improve their quality of life and she won't stop till the job's done.
