The State Police had to take over the department, criticizing Mayor Fung's mismanagement, with problems being ignored or swept under the rug. Under Allan Fung, the department is run like the Mafia. One officer even said, "I feel safer on the street than when I'm inside the Cranston Police Headquarters." Allan Fung is not the change we need.
