GIOVANNA RODRIQUEZ: After someone holds a gun to your head, you never forget what the cold pressure felt like. My abuser physically abused me and mentally abused my children, and he had guns everywhere – in the car, on the dining table – it was terrifying. Yet a judge wouldn't take them away. I thank god Gov. Raimondo signed a law taking guns away from abusers. She listened, and did something. What I went through, no one should go through.
