Prescription drug prices go up. Wisconsin's Tammy Baldwin wants to know why.
Baldwin, a Democrat, has teamed up with Republican Senator John McCain, calling this an issue facing all Americans.
Drug manufacturers would have to disclose and provide more information about planned drug price increases.
The senators say it takes the first step to address skyrocketing prescription drug costs.
