RAIMONDO: If you want to see the progress we're making in the Ocean State, this is the best place to start. We're now the only state with an offshore wind farm, part of 5,000 new clean-energy jobs. We're building solar farms, too, and both help lower energy costs. And a cleaner environment helps the bay. We're opening shellfish areas that were closed for 70 years. It's all part of moving our economy from 36th worse to 9th best. There's more to do, but we're heading in the right direction.
