Agriculture - April 25, 2018

NOEM: If you're involved in agriculture, the vast majority of folks go to a bank and borrow money to operate for the year, and you don't borrow more than you need you try to get by as little as possible. That was something I understood very young that ability to- to be thrifty, to budget, to predict, that's what I've always appreciated about farmers and ranchers. That kind of understanding is something that we need in the governor's office. That knows what they're going through and can feel the kind of pain that their family might be experiencing in a year like this year.
