EVANS: Growing up in Ringgold, I had good memories too like with my dad. He's a truck driver who adopted me while he was married to Mom. He's a good man. I'm Stacey Evans, and when Dad was younger, there were no HOPE scholarships. It's like that today for thousands of Georgia students. As governor, I'll restore HOPE’s original promise, a B average gets you full tuition at a state university, and I'll restore tuition free technical college for all. We need HOPE again.
