BLACK: Helping write the president's tax cut was one of my proudest moments, but I didn't do it for him. I did it for her, for the nurse getting off the double shift. At one time that was me, single mom, three kids, living paycheck to paycheck. I'll never forget what it was like, as governor, I'll never stop fighting for her.
