KIRKPATRICK: Washington is a mess. Career politicians put politics ahead of doing what’s right. It’s time for term limits because decades in Washington change people. If Congress doesn’t pass a budget, they shouldn’t get paid. We must protect Medicare and never privatize Social Security.
