KENT CONRAD: For twenty-six years, Byron Dorgan and I fought hard to keep North Dakota’s air bases, and we were successful. Now, Rick Berg wants you to believe that Heidi Heitkamp would close our bases—it’s ridiculous! Heidi is a strong supporter of our military and is endorsed by two Four-Star Generals—General Abrams and General Clark-- because of her strong support for our military in North Dakota’s bases. That’s the kind of senator we need.
