ANNOUNCER: You hear a lot about the energy boom in North Dakota, but farmers and ranchers know that agriculture is our state’s oldest growth industry, worth nearly six billion dollars a year. Shouldn’t Rick Berg put North Dakota farmers first? Well, Rick has been too busy toeing party lines in Congress. He voted to cut crop insurance by twenty percent, slash agriculture funding by $180 billion dollars, and he joined a group in Congress opposed to the Sugar Program. Colin Petersen said Rick Berg’s vote meant there would be no farm bill this year. Heidi Heitkamp thinks that we need a senator who puts partisanship aside and does what’s right for North Dakota. She’ll work with Republicans and Democrats to finally pass a farm bill, eliminate unnecessary regulations on family farms, and Heidi will fight to strengthen crop insurance and defend the Sugar Program. Heidi Heitkamp for U.S. Senate. Let’s keep North Dakota growing.

HEITKAMP: I’m Heidi Heitkamp, candidate for Senate, and I approve this message.

ANNOUNCER: Paid for by Heidi for Senate.
