CORTEZ MASTO: I remember the look in my parents eyes when i got my diploma from the University of Nevada. My sister and I were first in our family to graduate college. I know we should be making it easier for families to afford the cost of a college education. That's why I support allowing people to refinance their student loans, just like you can your home loan or your car loan. I'm Catherine Cortez Masto.
