ZERLINA: So one issue I'm really passionate about is police brutality. Police have been killing black people going all the way back to slavery. It seems like it's happening more frequently because we're seeing video images of it but I, somebody who grew up in New Jersey in the tristate area, black men have been killed by the police my entire life. It's really, really hard to watch people that could be my father, my brother, my cousin be killed on camera by the police. We can't go another day and wait for things to change, we actually have to put pressure on the powers that be. Hillary Clinton has promised in her first budget to put one billion dollars towards implicit bias training of police officers to rebuild the trust between police departments and communities of color. She is a listener. She will listen to the concerns of black people. Black women, black men, and like I said she has plans to address the issue of police brutality. So that's why I'm here working for Hillary Clinton.
