PLASKETT: The Virgin Islands is going through a tough, challenging time. Our islands have faced difficulty before and have come out stronger, and I believe that through these times we can become great. With experienced, creative, thoughtful leaders who put the people of this territory first, I know we can stimulate our economy; grow jobs; provide solutions to our energy, health and public safety crisis; and create a future for our children.
