MARTINEZ: I grew up knowing what it's like to struggle and how we all helped one another. Helping people—it’s the best part about being governor. Helping kids read by the third grade so they can chase their dreams. Helping small businesses create good jobs. There's more to do, but I believe in New Mexico and that tomorrow will be better than today.
