Every Penny Counts - Oct. 7, 2010

ASKINS: In sixth grade, my dad came to me and he said, "I'm gonna pay you a dollar an hour. I'm gonna have you post up my checkbook, and if you are one penny off, you have to find it." And as your governor, it's important to have someone who understands that every penny is important. I learned that attention to detail from my dad.
