MAN: Mitch McConnell, these guys have been around too long, and they're just never going to change.

MCCONNELL: We've come a long way in pay equity. I could be wrong, but I think most of the barriers have been lowered. I don't grant the assumption that we need to sort of give preferential treatment to the majority.
