Energy - Sept. 10, 2008

COLLINS: American faces an energy crisis but instead of working on an energy plan, Congress voted to adjourn for five weeks. I voted against adjourning because Congress should be working on a bipartisan plan to help us produce more, use less and pursue alternatives. It's time to get to work. I'm Susan Collins.
