LUMMIS: In the 1800s, my great-grandfather travelled Wyoming on horseback. Today it seems like Washington would rather have us saddle up than use our resources to lower costs. I won’t let Washington win. I’ll fight for more drilling offshore and in Alaska. I'll push to build more refineries and develop Wyoming coal, gas, oil and wind.
