THELMA: It's a long name.

ELSIE: She's running for secretary of state and we're writing her TV ads.

GRIMES: Sorry....

THELMA: She thinks businesses should have one website to get all the permits and licenses.

GRIMES: I got that idea from you and Grandpa and your clothing store.

ELSIE: Her Kentucky First program will help local businesses learn how to get state contracts.

GRIMES: So we can keep the jobs here.

THELMA: State government should either help create jobs or get out of the way!
