CAIN: For too many Maine families, it feels like a good job or a good education are out of reach. In Congress, my number one priority will be creating opportunity for Maine's middle-class. We can do that by investing in public schools and raising the minimum wage, by supporting small business to create good jobs, and by protecting Social Security and Medicare so that Maine's seniors have a secure retirement.
